Elohim is the first Name for God in the Bible, the first sentence in Genesis states that “In the beginning God (Elohim) created the heavens and the earth” Genesis 1:1. In that opening verse, the Majesty of the uncreated Creator was announced. This is no coincidence that from the very beginning, the Bible points to God’s greatness, authority and power.
At the sight of Elohim, worship rises instinctively in the hearts of His beloved and all creation.
