This week, world-renowned artist TAYA released the official acoustic video for “Getaway,” which can be viewed below. The track is from his self-titled debut solo project, which dropped earlier this year.

Recorded across the continent, the 14-track album is comprised of entirely new songs co-written by TAYA alongside producer Jon Guerra. Two years in the making, the project is a direct reflection of the artist’s own lyrics and melodies about who Jesus is to her. “It’s an old record full of stories about God’s faithfulness, his kingdom, his goodness and his mercy,” TAYA says.
