Rolande Louis, also known by the nickname Rollie, was born on August 23, 1984 in Borgne, in the Nord department of Haiti. She is the eldest daughter of a family of six children. She grew up in Cap Haïtien.
Rollie holds a bachelor's degree in administrative science and Christian theology. She is also a musician and singer, and has trained in office computing and haute couture. She is married and the mother of three children.
