Stand Up for Lynda Joseph: A press conference to present the results and give the check to the artist
This Tuesday, December 23, 2025, the Rendez-vous Christ Church hosted a press conference marking an important step in the Stand Up for Lynda Joseph project. The organizing team presented the financial results of the event and officially presented the artist with a check for 582,470 gourdes, intended to support his medical care.
This amount comes from ticket sales and donations collected during the concert organized on December 14. Although forecasts were aimed at between 1 and 2 million gourdes, the organizers welcomed the contribution of all those who responded to the call. A visibly moved Lynda Joseph received the check in person and thanked everyone who showed their love and support.
The team wanted to highlight the involvement of pastors, artists, technicians, media partners and donors who made this initiative possible. She invites all those who still wish to contribute to continue their momentum through the Rendez-vous Christ Church, which continues to support the process.
