Spencer Brutus, Haitian gospel worshiper established in the United States, offered a memorable performance on October 26, 2025 in Indianapolis during the SOS concert organized by Rosena J. Orys at the Warren Performing Arts Center. Virtuoso pianist, composer and owner of Traktion Recording Studio, he has established himself as a major figure in contemporary Haitian worship.
For 45 minutes, the artist transported the audience into deep worship with highlight tracks like “Banm pase”, “Mwen Reklame l” (released in 2023) and “Aktive Pwisans Ou” (released on December 30, 2020), the latter of which won the award for best evangelical music of the year 2020. His spiritual message centered on activating divine power created an atmosphere of blessing intense.
His achievements include the album “Aktive Pwisans” released in March 2024 with more than 14 tracks, as well as notable collaborations with Frè Gabe, Chantale Saint-Fort, Alleluia Worship and Peterson Pierre. Recently, he participated in the 10th anniversary of the Citizens of the Kingdom church in Montreal in October 2025. The enthusiastic reception from the public confirms his status as an influential worshiper in the international gospel community.
A memorable evening in front of 500 to 700 people
Despite a considerable delay in launching the evening, the event was a resounding success. After the performances of Bertha Noel and Barbara Cassamajor, who came specially from Haiti for this evening, the audience of 500 to 700 people present at the Warren Performing Arts Center was literally on fire as soon as the name of Spencer Brutus was announced.
It was a moment of pure worship, blessings and territorial confirmation for the psalmist who received a reception beyond what he expected to receive from the audience. The spiritual intensity was such that even after Spencer Brutus left the room at the end of his time of worship, the audience continued to sing “Se pou dife desann” very loudly, spontaneously prolonging this moment of divine fire.
Congratulations to the New Jerusalem Church and the entire Rosena J. Orys team who made this major event possible. Special congratulations to the cantors and musicians who accompanied the artists throughout the evening, creating an unforgettable spiritual atmosphere. Their professionalism and anointing greatly contributed to the success of this historic gospel meeting in Indianapolis.
Faced with such enthusiasm, Spencer Brutus received an official invitation to return to Indianapolis in 2026. Until then, he will be present in Toronto for the 2025 end-of-year festivities, consolidating his ministry of worship on the North American continent.
