The Maaseja group invites you on Sunday, September 15, 2019 to the Pétion-Ville church for the celebration of its fifteenth anniversary starting at 4:30 p.m. A tempting poster which, on paper, promises a very beautiful show.

MAASEJA, which means “Work of the Lord” in Hebrew, born September 4, 2004 at the Baptist Church of Bolosse, headquarters on 4th avenue Bolosse in initiative of sisters Paule G. CELESTIN and Rose Danie K. ST Yolette Pyram AUGUSTIN, Elza DENIS and Réghyne Duval SAGET. The group released its first single in 2006 under the direction of maestro Emmanuel PIERRVIL. Seven years later, in 2013, it was with the master and guitarist Rodelain GUERILUS that MAASEJA released two new pieces: “LAFWA and ALLELOUIA”, still in rotation on the capital’s radio waves.

Fifteen years later, MAASEJA has 10 active members and a beautiful story written with some personalities like Samuel JEANTY, Samuel ST-JACQUES, Sadrackson LAFLEUR, Rodelain GUERILUS and other talented musicians. The adventure continues today with his sister Réghyne SAGET at the head of the committee and master Jn Claudy DESTIN as musical director.

Beyond this celebration, it is the group’s first album which constitutes the next stage of their vast project. Without a clearly defined agenda, Maaseja already promises a franchise in a short time and also offers a video clip of one of their songs.

15 years spent working for the Lord, this deserves to be celebrated. You, the B-dance group and Prospere Marcelus will join the MAASEJA group for an evening of celebration.
