“Devil’s In The Details,” the highly anticipated new single from popular Christian rock band Love Like Gravity, is set to hit Christian radio today. The single, written and produced by bandmates Stan Mayo, Cale Kight and Billy Pind, is set to hit Christian Rock, Christian Hot AC/CHR and rhythmic radio.
“Devil’s In The Details” is the first single from Love Like Gravity‘s upcoming album, the band’s first collection of new music in six years. Official music video can also be seen on YouTube.
Love Like Gravity‘s sophomore album, “Chain Reaction,” released in 2015, spawned Billboard top 10 singles (“Slave,” Top 20; “Chain Reaction,” Top 30), as well as a song, “Courage,” from WORD Film’s “Adrenaline” soundtrack.
The band’s self-titled debut produced three radio hits, including “Stronger” (top 15 on Billboard and top 3 on Christian Music Weekly), “Dig” (#1 for six weeks on Christian Radio Weekly) and “Adrenaline.” “Adrenaline” later inspired and was featured in the film of the same name. The song’s YouTube video has nearly 500,000 views.
Love Like Gravity is a band that unapologetically shouts a message of Faith, Hope and Love. With a heart that beats for ministry, always looking for the best balance between depth and accessibility in modern music is not easy. However, this band seems to have found the elements to make it work.
Musical independence and a passion for creating the song itself has led to many successes for the band over the past decade. Love Like Gravity has played to thousands of people as a headlining artist while sharing tickets with renowned artists such as Kutless, RED, Skillet, Decyfer Down, Disciple, and Manafest at events and festivals across the United States. Teaming up with Tony Palacios and Jim Cooper (Decyfer Down, Building 429, High Flight Society, etc.) as the band’s producers was one of the first big steps forward since the beginning.
The first two albums found the band’s sweet spot, especially when it came to radio. Between the self-titled debut and “Chain Reaction,” the band saw five singles chart in the Billboard Christian Rock Top 30. The first album’s standout single, “Stronger,” was named No. 34 on Billboard’s Top 75 Christian Songs of 2012.
