Lauren Talley, recording artist for Horizon Records, has ended a nearly four-year hiatus from releasing original Gospel music. On March 27, 2026, she unveiled her new single, “Walls,” marking her first new Gospel song since her 2024 holiday project, A Lauren Talley Christmas.
For this release, Talley partnered with Dove Award-winning producer Jason Webb to bring her musical vision to life. The track features powerful rhythms and gritty guitars, blending inspirational and Contemporary Christian Music (CCM) textures with a bluesy attitude.
"Walls" was written by Joseph Habedank, Tony Wood, and Michael Farren. Talley, a friend of Habedank, texted him asking why he had not recorded the song himself. Habedank responded that if she wanted it, he would step aside. The lyrics focus on God’s power to transform a believer's life with the recurring message: "He ain’t never met a wall that He couldn’t tear down."

Lauren Talley continues to perform live throughout 2026. Following a recent appearance in Calhoun, Georgia, she is scheduled to perform at the Ark Encounter in Williamstown, Kentucky, on July 28, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
