For the first time via free livestream, join prolific modern hymn writers Keith & Kristyn Getty as part of their Sing! An Irish Christmas Tour live from the Museum of the Bible in Washington DC. The evening will unite tradition and innovation in a vibrant celebration of the season. On Saturday, December 18 at 7pm EST, hear new songs from Irish folk singers Keith & Kristyn Getty, as well as many well-known and beloved traditional Christmas carols. RSVP for the magical night here.

The Gettys have decided to bring Sing! An Irish Christmas as a live event this year to those around the world who are unable to attend events at this time, and who need a source of encouragement and hope during the Christmas season. So, gather your family and friends and tune in for an unforgettable evening that fuses Celtic, bluegrass, Americana, modern and classical music into a one-of-a-kind holiday spectacle.

This year’s tour will also be presented again as an international special on the BBC and Trinity Broadcasting Network and will include stops at New York’s prestigious Carnegie Hall, Nashville’s historic Schermerhorn Symphony Center and many more. An estimated 100 million people sing the Getty’s songs in churches each year, including their modern hymns and carols such as “In Christ Alone.”

Recently, the Gettys released their duet on the classic Christmas anthem “Brightest and Best” with Ricky Skaggs. They also premiered their new album, “Confessio – Irish-American Roots”, 13 songs inspired by their history in Ireland, filled with traditional Irish melodies and instruments, brand new songs as well as timeless hymns arranged with the signature sound that is uniquely Getty. The album features the title track, “Pass The Promise”, a new anthem that is instantly singable, guest artists including Alison Krauss (“In Christ Alone”), Sandra McCracken (“All My Heart Rejoices” “Pass The Promise”), Kirk Whalum and Dana Masters (“Amazing Grace”), as well as well-known classic hymns that all soundtrack the green hills of Ireland.
