Historic performance serves as precursor to FOR KING + COUNTRY’s global livestreamCHRISTMAS A DRUMMER BOY | The TOUR 2022 experience» concert event that will bring the duo back to Nashville’s iconic Grand Ole Opry House on December 18.
In addition to their Opry debut, the two-time Dove Award-winning Entertainer of the Year is among this year’s top nominees. Having recently earned six nominations at the 2022 Dove Awards, the powerhouse duo is up for Artist of the Year, Pop/Contemporary Recorded Song of the Year (“RELATE”), Pop/Contemporary Album of the Year (“What Are We Waiting For?”), Short Form Music Video of the Year/Concept (“RELATE”), Short Form Music Video of the Year/Performance (“For God Is With Us”), and Long Form Video of the Year (” What are we waiting for? | The World Special”). The Dove Awards take place October 18 on the campus of Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee. The show airs October 21 at 7 p.m. CST via TBN and the TBN streaming app. An encore performance will air on October 28 at 7 p.m. CST.
