She died on Wednesday June 12, 2024, apparently following cardiac arrest early in the morning. In a note published for the occasion, the church administration announced that the funeral program would be communicated later. In just a few hours, the information quickly went viral.

Pastor Marcello Jérémie TUNASI is an influential and popular Christian figure of his generation, notably thanks to his poignant preachings broadcast worldwide. He is also the founder of the CREFM community (Center for Evangelization, Training and Mission). In addition to his pastoral role, Marcello TUNASI is songwriter numerous spiritual hymns, director of theatrical plays, and author of several books.
