Kingsley Innocent Owoicho-Oche, professionally known as Kaestrings, is an acclaimed Nigerian gospel singer, songwriter, and guitarist born on November 24, 1993. Originally from the Idoma ethnic group in Benue State, he was raised in Zaria, Kaduna State, where he grew up in a devout Christian home alongside his seven siblings. His passion for music began in his childhood church choir at Gospel Ministry International (GMI) in Zaria, laying the spiritual foundation for his future ministry while he went on to study and graduate in Fine Arts (Art History) from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University (ABU).

Kaestrings rose to prominence through his unique acoustic worship style, blending English and Hausa languages to create deeply reflective atmospheres. His major breakthrough came in 2017 when legendary gospel minister Nathaniel Bassey featured and sang Kaestrings' hit song "Ga Shi Nan" (meaning Here He Is) during the globally popular Hallelujah Challenge. This exposure propelled his career internationally, leading to other powerful, spirit-filled releases such as "Haske", "Broken", and his debut album, "Rahama".

Central to his life and musical ministry is his deep spiritual alignment and mentorship under key Christian leaders. Kaestrings recognizes Apostle Joshua Selman, the founder of Eternity Network International (ENI), as his spiritual father and serves actively as one of the primary worship leaders at Koinonia. Additionally, he maintains a close mentor-protégé relationship with Pastor Nathaniel Bassey, who continues to guide and support his ministry.

In his personal life, Kaestrings values family and maintains a grounded lifestyle. He is married to Victoria Emmanuel (now Victoria Innocent), with the couple tying the knot on November 6, 2021. Together, they are blessed with two children, Neriah and Menorah. Now 32 years old, Kaestrings continues to inspire millions globally with his signature guitar-led worship and unwavering commitment to the gospel.
