“My message has always been that no matter where you have been or what you have done in your life, God has a plan for you and He is going to bring His plan to fruition one way or another,” shares Williams. “On a related note, the message of ‘Heart Of God’ is simply about giving up your life and giving it your all. There is no limit to what you can do in your life. This doesn’t mean there won’t be bad days, there will be, but you soon realize that those bad days are always better than the best days you had before Christ. It’s knowing that you don’t have to do this on your own, that Christ gave His life so you could have a new one, and it’s okay to stumble and fall and do stupid things. He still loves you and doesn’t abandon you.

He adds: “I think so many people will understand his message. No one feels worthy or good enough to deserve God’s love. Honestly, none of us do. But, God knows this and that is why He sent His Son. To me, God’s love is the greatest characteristic of His heart, and that is the message I try to share.
Williams will share the new song alongside several of her previous hits on her headlining tour this fall.
