Vilaire Noel is a die-hard Christiannomination Baptist. He has been singing since a young age in different singing groups at his church, which allowed him to discover his talent and his passion for music.
A few years later he attended the music school ”MUSICORAMA” where he studied guitar, recorder and piano. He joined the Sainte Trinité school where he followed a whole series of training courses with French and Canadian trainers on “LES CHEFS CHOEURS” (Choir direction). Later he joined the choir international Messiah conducted by Maestro Bob Dargan.
From the year 2000, Vilaire Noel joined the teaching staff of several schools in the capital as a music teacher: L`institution New vision, Classical and cultural center of pétion-ville, the Marie Louise Trichet institution, theinstitution St-Louis de Gonzaque and the small conservatory of Pétion Ville of Mme Sybille Denis Touat who was at Raoul Denis Junior’s music box and there he taught guitar.
In 2006 Vilaire Noel founded PEME HAITI which is the Musical Education Program for Schools in Haiti. It is a program adapted to different age groups which offers the learner a more or less general view of music. It aims to train students in the areas of singing, recorder and music theory. This program extends to several other schools such as: Marie – Anne college, Marie Esther college, Marguerite D’youville college, St-François d’Assise college, Institution St. John the Evangelist and Institution Ste Rose de Lima where he has worked for thirteen (13) years. Singing and recorder performances are also given at different times of the year.
PEME HAITI also offers music lessons to individuals. This is how in 2010 the PEME HAITI music school was created. Lessons are then taught either at school or at home.
During all these efforts Vilaire Noel continues to pursue his passion for singing which gave rise in 2007 to his first album entitled ”Vilaire Noel chante the glory of God ”. An album imbued with gentle rhythms and texts mostly taken from the Bible such as Psalm 46, Psalm 133, Psalm 121
In 2010 Vilaire Noel joined the Sainte Trinité school as a guitar teacher.
In 2012, Vilaire Noel and his wife Marie Pascal A. Noel founded “THE MUSICAL EDUCATION FOUNDATION IN SCHOOLS IN HAITI (FEME HAITI)” whose main goal is the popularization of music through its systematic teaching in establishments schools. The foundation was also founded with the aim of fighting for the education of all children of school age, of promoting or encouraging the construction of reception centers and the teaching of music in said centers, of reduce the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency by developing among children in reception centers a taste for life through music.
As part of its activities, PEME HAITI provides support to many children, both port au Prince than in the provinces.
In January 2016, still with this same passion for evangelical music, Vilaire Noel has just released his second album entitled ”PLIS PASE SA” A music which is video clipped and which is in rotation on our stations. This album whose texts are still taken from the Bible and his personal experiences with God contains 10 Tracks (Titles)

The album ”PLIS PASE SA” invites us all to place ourselves completely in the hands of our Lord, to bring forth his glory, to learn to rely only on him; just as Vilaire said so well and this is what he believes ”BONDYE KA FÈ PLIS PASS SA NOU ESPERE”.
