After turning their on-the-job a cappella serenades into a national recording career, The Singing Contractors assembled Hard Workin’ Man, a collection of country classics. The Singing Contractors teamed up with veteran producer Michael Sykes to create Hard Workin’ Man. Featuring the harmonies that have garnered national television appearances and eager fans, the singing sensations put their unique spin on country music classics like “Back Home Again,” “Forever and Ever Amen” and other songs who inspired them to work hard. men and recognized talents that they are today. These signature renditions include a guest vocal from country music icon Merle Haggard on their rendition of “That’s the Way Love Goes.”
Filmed at Gaither Music Studio and directed by Doug Stuckey, DVD and TV special performances of The Singing Contractors and conversations with host/singer/ songwriter Woody Wright on the history and inspiration behind Hard Workin’ Man. The legend of the gospel music Bill Gaither also makes a special appearance, joining The Singing Contractors and Wright for a memorable rendition of “He Touched Me.”
Distributed by Capitol Christian Music Group and Universal Music, Hard Workin’ Man will be available at national retail and on all digital streaming platforms.
