Steve Hess and Southern Salvation have released a new lyric video, “God Made The Rainbow.” The song is part of a series of songs written and recorded to support the ministry and Bible teaching of The Ark Encounter. The band is the resident artist at The Ark, performing approximately 400 concerts per year. “God Made The Rainbow” was co-written by Steve Hess and John Mathis Jr. under the direction and guidance of The Ark Encounter CEO and Founder, Ken Ham. It is the fourth song that has been written with the specific purpose of reinforcing Bible teachings such as creation, the foundation of the Bible, pro-life, and the true meaning of the rainbow. Previously released songs in the series are; “Six Days,” “Foundation,” and “Three Beating Hearts.” The new recording was co-produced by Steve Hess and John Mathis Jr., and features the musicianship of Gordon Mote, Kelly Back, Mark Burchfield, and Lonnie Wilson. The song will be featured in Steve Hess and Southern Salvation’s live concerts at the Answers Center Theatre in 2022. “God Made The Rainbow” is set to be released on all digital platforms by Mansion Entertainment (distributed by Syntax Creative).
