“The welcoming response (from both the industry and fans) has been overwhelming and encouraging,” Towns said. “The impact of this song is what I had faithfully imagined and hoped for. I am honored that “Walking In Your Wonderful Light” has been accepted into the Gospel scene. Being nominated and attending the Rhythm Of Gospel Awards proved my vision to be true, and being a part of this event brought me back to where I truly needed to be – to connect spiritually in my heart and soul.
“My goal is to be a pioneer, to open the door to inspiring country music in a Gospel format. Being recognized by The Rhythm Of Gospel organization is a wonderful first stepping stone,” added Towns.
