The FPH, Protestant Federation of Haiti: Between Irresponsibility and Respectability of Leaders
A protestant federation plays a crucial role in supporting and developing churches and their communities. Their mission would include coordination, legal representation, support, and much more. This organization ensures unity and spiritual and social progress. At home in Haiti, we have the impression of being represented by impostors, selfish, unconscious and dishonest.
In this article, I present to you 10 roles, in my opinion, essential for evaluating a protestant federation active and concerned. I would therefore invite you to take a paper and a pencil to note the accomplishments of this Coalition out of 10 and see concretely how many marks they obtained.

Coordination of Churches
There coordination of churches is crucial to fostering a harmonious and collaborative network. This role involves organizing inter-church meetings to address common issues. For example, the federation can organize a conference national to bring together church leaders around themes such as mission or Christian unity, thus encouraging a sense of community and cooperation.
Legal Representation
Legal representation ensures that the interests of member churches are protected in political and social spheres. By serving as a spokesperson in discussions with government authorities, the federation defends religious rights and freedom of worship. It also participates in public debates, for example, by proposing amendments to laws that may affect religious practices.
Theological Training
There training theological enriches spiritual leaders within the community. The federation offers seminars for pastors and lay leaders, in collaboration with theological institutes. These sessions may include lessons in biblical exegesis or ethical principles, strengthening the ability of leaders to guide their communities with discernment and wisdom.

By serving as a neutral arbiter, she helps restore harmony, ensuring that decisions are fair and equitable to all parties. Especially nowadays, in the air of social networks, we observe clashes between pastors.
Evangelization
Evangelism is at the heart of the federation’s mission, seeking to propagate the Christian faith. By organizing evangelization campaigns and training missionary teams, the federation increases its spiritual and social reach. Initiatives may include humanitarian projects that not only share faith, but also Christian values in action.

This includes assessing resources, determining long-term goals, and implementing strategies to achieve those goals, while remaining true to religious principles. Without forgetting that the federation has a duty to take action against impostors.

The health and well-being of members is paramount to a strong community. The federation implements programs to promote mental and physical health, raising awareness among members of the importance of a healthy lifestyle. These initiatives are often integrated into community campaigns that encourage an overall balanced lifestyle.
