The LP reimagines six songs from her stellar solo album “Journey,” released in July, and features her most vulnerable songwriting to date as she tackles issues like marriage, motherhood, mental health and more with 100% authenticity. On the intimate LP “Journey: Acoustic Sessions,” Naomi breaks these songs down to their essence, showcasing her innate ability to effectively portray faith through hardship in her music. “’Journey’ has been the soundtrack to my life,” says Naomi. “These songs are so special to me that I just couldn’t put them down. So I decided to sing some of the songs from a different space and present to you a stripped down version of “Journey”. I hope this project takes you a little further along the road I have traveled with Jesus, and I pray that it inspires you and your journey with Him too!
