Tomorrow (7.6), Maverick City Music + Kirk Franklin will join NBC’s TODAY Show at 9 a.m. to perform “Kingdom,” a poignant fan favorite from their collaboration album, “Kingdom Book One” (released 6.17). Additionally, co-founders of Franklin and Maverick City Music Tony Brown and Jonathan Jay, will discuss the movement behind and the creation of their latest music, shining a light on mass incarceration.
