She has been passionate about music from a young age, often singing at home and having a strong admiration for Mariah Carey.
Her musical journey began at Crossroads Wesleyan Church in 1999 following her conversion. Recognizing her confirmed talent, she was encouraged to join the Gospel Choir Tekoa Ainos in 2003, where she began to hone her skills.
In 2008, she participated as an artist in a concert organized by the Breath of Morning show on Radio Énergie FM at her church. This experience left a significant impression on her, prompting her to consider starting a solo career, which led to the release of her first music video in 2009. She is also the lead singer of the group Hosa, showcasing her ability to adapt to various musical styles.
She has a demo featuring three songs to her credit and a music video in rotation on television stations and on YouTube, titled “Rekonesans.”
Marie-Ange is both a composer and performer, having written several songs such as “Rekonesans,” “He is the God of gods,” and “Jezi ap tounen.”
Currently, she is a final-year student studying business management.
As a servant of God and a worshiper, her ministry is anchored in John 4:23-24. True worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth, as Christ declares. This emphasizes the importance of being led by the Holy Spirit along the path of holiness to genuinely worship the Holy God.
Since her last release, “Ou Sen,” in June 2018, the artist has not produced any new material.
