Religious hospitals protected from Biden’s trans agenda
A federal court in a unanimous vote last week blocked a Biden mandate that would penalize Catholic doctors for refusing to perform transgender surgery.
The mandate originally denied “general religious exemption,” potentially requiring doctors to violate their conscience as well as their Hippocratic Oath.

Provided that these clinics remain members of the Catholic Benefits Association, they reserve the right to refuse mutilative surgeries.
“The federal government has no business forcing doctors to violate their consciences or perform controversial procedures that could permanently harm their patients,” attorney Luke Goodrich, who represented these Catholic groups, said in a statement. .
The right to practice your profession without violating your own conscience is vital to a free people and a functioning society.
