Every Easter feast reminds us of the sufferings of Jesus at the cross. This period is an opportunity to remember that the resurrection is not what must happen after our death but a new reality that begins today...
This tradition really leads us to reflect on this great sacrifice which remains unique. It is also an opportunity to review our strength to resist the temptation of the enemy because we often sadden the saint mind when we doubt the omnipotence of God. How often do we have the same reaction as Judah's?
The resurrection of Jesus-Christ, more than 2000 years ago, is the clear proof that we are freed from sin and justified. His purpose is for us to testify that we are righteous, that our sins have been fully paid for, and that we accept Jesus as our personal Lord and Saviour.
Friends,
By the sacrifice on the cross, Jesus reconciled us with God. Let us not deprive ourselves of this grace that God offers us to be able to live today in his marvelous presence.
God, sacrificing his only son, proves to us that he is 100% mercy, 100% patient, 100% understanding, 100% protector, 100% faithful, 100% with us in good and bad times.
Let us not let the life that is in us die as a consequence of sin but on the contrary let us take advantage of the grace that God gives us in Jesus-Christ and renewed life so that we have joy, peace, victory over everything, in everything and everywhere.
