Passion has announced that its signature year-end conference will go virtual this year, in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. “Yes, it will be different than any Passion gathering in the last 24 years, but God remains unchanged,” event organizers said. “As we join him in championing his glory, he will draw us into the unstoppable current of his relentless pursuit of his fame throughout the earth.”
The two-session online event will take place on December 31, 2020 and will conclude at approximately 1am on January 1, 2021. Tickets can be purchased online at: bought now for $19.99/person. This year’s conference will be led by Passion founders Louie and Shelley Giglio and Passion Band, joined by guests Christian and Sadie Huff, Christine Caine, Crowder, Priscilla Shirer, Sean Curran and more.
Last year, more than 65,000 people from around the world filled Mercedes-Benz Stadium to celebrate the new year and the new decade with a multi-day gathering of worship and teaching. Passion 2020—a gathering of 18- to 25-year-olds and their church and campus leaders—was the largest gathering of its kind for the age group in the United States, showing that the church is alive and well and that Jesus still matters to millennials and Gen Z.
