Following his official musical introduction last year, Capitol CMG’s newest emerging artist Kevin Quinn has announced the upcoming release of his debut EP and new single, “It’s About Time.” Available everywhere January 14, the five-track studio recording will feature Quinn’s 2021 hits “Wildfire,” “I’m Still Breathing,” “Over and Over Again,” and “Fuego En Mi Interior,” along with a standout new single, “It’s About Time.”
On the EP’s “It’s About Time,” the up-and-coming musician offers a holistic introduction to his style and perspective, highlighting his knack for intimate storytelling. With a rich voice and deeply personal songwriting, Quinn’s lyrics strike a unique balance between growth and vulnerability as he takes listeners through his journey as a young adult, while also providing hope for the future. In Quinn’s 2021 debut, American singer-songwriter predicted that he was “only scratching the surface of this singer/songwriter’s abilities” with lead single “Wildfire,” calling the former “a powerful debut.” The track garnered over 3 million streams worldwide and generated powerful momentum for Quinn as a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. His singles “Over and Over Again” and “I’m Still Breathing” continued to pave the way for the rising star.
This year, Quinn will bring his “pure pop sound that swirls with irresistible melodies” (American singer-songwriter) in arenas at UNITED STATES as a special guest on the 41-date Winter Jam 2022 tour, which kicks off today in Charleston, WV.
