Release of the album JEKALYN X LEGENDS by Jekalyn Carr
Grammy, Stellar Awards, and GMA Dove Awards-winning gospel artist Jekalyn Carr has released her much-anticipated album JEKALYN X LEGENDS on November 7, 2025. This project, produced through his independent label WayNorth Music, marks a celebration of faith and gospel heritage.
Carr, born April 22, 1997 in Memphis, has established herself as a dynamic voice in gospel since 2011. She won a Grammy in 2025 for “Best Gospel Performance/Song” with “One Hallelujah” and has ten Stellar Awards wins. JEKALYN X LEGENDS follows hit singles like “Don’t Faint,” No. 1 on Billboard Gospel Radio, surpassing 3 million plays.
The album unites Carr with gospel icons to connect generations. Written and produced by the artist, it pays tribute to the pioneers while advancing the message of resilience and hope. Carr says: “It’s a tribute to the voices that shaped gospel, showing how the message evolves.”
