Jean Elie Brutus – Biography
Jean Elie BRUTUS is a Christian singer who made his debut at the age of 7 in a small children’s choir. At 14, he joined the teenage choir (Les Eclaireurs, now called Gospel choir Testimony) at the Church of the Nazarene in Pétion-Ville.
In 2007 he started singing in the choir Teknon Vox as Lead Vocal, we find his voice recorded on two tracks (#2 and 5) on Teknon Vox’s 2nd Album (TOUT SE POU OU). At the same time, he is part of the CAD group (Cooperation of Artists for Development). He co-performed the second track of the album (AYITI KA PI BEL) of this group.
Jean Elie Brutus launched his first solo album entitled “FOS AK VIKTWA M) which is in media rotation at the beginning of this year 2014. The number 6 PI BON ZANMI MWEN is making its way in the sector. The album contains 9 tracks.
He is a vocal technique teacher for several choirs and artists.
