“It is I who comfort you, it is I, says the Lord. My people, what do you have to fear from a simple human, who will die, who will have the fate of grass? You forget the Lord, the one who created you,
who spread out the sky and laid the foundations of the earth!..?” Isaiah 51:12-13
If you are afraid, trust in God!
REFLECTION
We forget too easily who is the eternal weapon. We worry too often when the wind of terror blows. We move forward too quickly without taking the time to ask ourselves where we are going. We speak too loudly to say nothing.
Today, remember that the Almighty God has made you his beloved child and under no circumstances will he leave you alone in the middle of the ordeal.
It is better to stop when you do not know where you are going, it is better to remain silent if you risk displeasing God. It is better to pray than anything else.
