The music industry has just celebrated one of its most prestigious evenings. Creators, authors and publishers of urban and religious culture came together to celebrate the successes that have marked the airwaves and streaming platforms in recent months.
What is ASCAP?
L’ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers) is the American organization that protects and manages the copyrights of more than 950,000 music creators.
Every year, through ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Music Awardsthe institution does not award prizes based on the vote of a jury, but rewards the pieces in a purely factual manner the most broadcast and listened to in the United States (on radio and streaming platforms like Spotify or Apple Music). The statistical data is rigorously compiled by the reference organization Luminate.

- Ceremony date: Thursday June 25, 2026.
- Period taken into account: Although the ceremony will take place in mid-2026, the awards are based on the actual performance of the songs over a period spanning from October 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025.
