Festival of Hope in Brussels: 14,000 people gathered around a message of hope

On Saturday September 27, 2025, the ING Arena de Brussels welcomed more than 14,000 participants, joined by 5,000 additional people in Overflow for the “Festival of Hope” led by Franklin Graham, an unprecedented evangelical mobilization organized by the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) in partnership with 620 local churches.

This evening has marked a historical stage for the Belgian Christian community, bringing together an audience diversified in a spirit of unity, faith and hope.

The preparation of the event extended over several months, with exceptional coordination between the French and Dutch -speaking churches, supported by many volunteers. On stage, Franklin Graham shared a message centered on the forgiveness and grace of Jesus Christ, accompanied by artists Charity Gayle and The Afters, who strengthened the musical dimension of the meeting.

This great gathering was broadcast on social networks to reach an international audience, and has generated many online reactions and in the Christian press.

The main objective was to mobilize European youth around a common hope, while illustrating the unity and vitality of evangelical faith in Belgium. This message was widely taken up during the evening, where many personal testimonies and commitments were collected from the public.
