Mystere Divin

It was born with the transfer of a theater troupe (DAED), on NOVEMBER 22, 1995 by two young members of the Guerrier troupe Alphonse Junior and Marcellus Jean-Baptiste who also wanted to do music .

The group was officially recognized by the Haitian Ministry of Culture in 2002. Its tax number is: 000-612-286-9 and its registration number is: CG-0796. The group is located at number 40 of the first avenue Bolosse in in Haiti.

The group now has a staff of 19 members, five of whom are part of the committee. There are nine musicians, including a drummer, a gongist, a drummer, a guitarist, a bassist, two saxophonists, a trombonist, a trumpeter and two keyboardists. Our performances are generally done with four singers, two girls and two boys.

Divine Mystery has two albums to its credit

”Fe-m sonje and Kenbe Jezi”.
The first disc brings together several successful titles, including Fe-m sonje, La sove-w, Talè konsa and Siplikatyon, the famous video clip of which is still in rotation on TV. The second Kenbe Jezi album, very famous for its compass which has nothing to envy of the biggest fans of the genre, is still causing misfortune on the airwaves. A variety of styles like RnB, reggae and gospel feature in this album.

The group is increasing its various performances in the metropolitan area and in rural areas, 3 major concerts have already been held at the Rex theater in Jacmel, to name just a few. Mystère Divin has participated in several concerts produced by other evangelical groups or organizations both than in our provincial towns.

Divine Mystery is designated by more than one as the Evangelical group OF THE MOMENT. The many fans and the honorary awards prove it. The trophies obtained include:

The Graphème of the best group for the year 2004,
The plaque of honor for best group, awarded by the hit show,
Souffle Matinal, and by the juvenile association of the Christian church of Delmas (AJECD) in August 2007
Nemours Jean-Baptiste Prize for best album 2007, music madness.

Our popularity has been acquired through divine favor, our surprising artistic skills and quality music. We are more determined than ever to pursue our primary objective which is to promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ through music. This dream is more than Mystery, it is Divine!
