Protect our young people from digital

Dr. Mandy Sanchez, programming director at Culture Reframed, will lead this crucial session. Its expertise will shed precious light on the complex links between social media, video games and pornography, as well as their potential impacts on youth.

This conference is part of a series of events organized by the EFC, a Canadian Evangelical Christian organization, to approach burning subjects affecting the community. L'evangelical education in technologies and pornography has become a priority in the face of growing challenges in the digital world.

The main objective of this event is to educate the public, in particular parents and educators, of the potential dangers that certain technologies for young people represent. By better understanding these issues, the community will be better equipped to guide and protect the new generation.

The conference will address several interconnected aspects:

The impact of social media on the development of adolescents
The potential effects of video games on the behavior of young people
The dangers of early exposure to pornography
Digital education strategies for parents and mentors

This global approach will allow participants to better understand the challenges faced by young people in the current digital environment.

The “EFC Youth Conference 2025” conference will be held online on February 12, 2025 at 8 pm, allowing large participation. This is a unique opportunity for parents, community educators and leaders to learn about these crucial issues and participate in youth protection in the face of digital risks.
