45 years of the Fiderana choir: a birthday concert at the Longjumeau theater
The Fiderana choir, attached to the FPMA Paris (Malagasy Protestant church in France), celebrates its 45th anniversary through an exceptional concert. Founded in 1980, the choir constitutes a pillar of the Protestant Malagasy community in Paris and has been bringing together singers of various generations for four decades, working to transmit the Malagasy faith and musical heritage.
On Saturday October 25, 2025, a anniversary concert entitled “Let us praise the eternal in joy”, inspired by Psalm 100: 2, will be given to the Théâtre de Longjumeau. The event will pay tribute to the history of the choir, its choirman, its successive generations and its family and unity values. The musical program will announce a varied repertoire covering:
- Classical works interpreted in French and Malagasy;

The concert will bring together the choir and an orchestra made up of FPMA Paris musicians as well as renowned guest artists.
