Celtic Worship releases debut single “Come Thou Fount”

Scottish folk group have released their debut , “Come your fountain“, today with Integrity Music. The song will be featured on the band’s anticipated new album, titled Morningtide, which is set to be released this fall.

With a unique approach to , offers songs that celebrate the multifaceted beauty of God’s Kingdom while blending traditional and contemporary Christian music with their indigenous sounds.

This traditional hymn, originally written in 1758 by Robert Robinson, reminds us that God is the One who takes the initiative; He sought us out while we were still strangers, rescued us and brought us home. instinctively assembled their unique arrangement, using vocalists Steph Macleod and Naomi Stirrat whose performance is perfectly complemented by the distinctive instrumental melody arranged by Mhairi Marwick on fiddle and Scott Wood on bagpipes and whistle.
