Today (August 13), Aaron Shust released the official lyric video for “Savior of the World,” which can be viewed below. The track was originally released in 2019 on Shust’s Nothing To Fear album.
“Wow, I love this song,” Shust said before the lyric video was released. “I was reading John 4 a few years ago, the woman at the well meets Jesus, then tells her town, then THEY meet Jesus. The chapter ends with the town telling the woman that after spending two days with Jesus, they are convinced that He is the ‘Savior of the world’! I underlined it and wrote in the margin of my Bible, ‘Write this song!’”
He continued, “I love the imagery of the universe. It reminds me that Jesus is not just the Savior of Israel, not just the Savior of Sychar (the village in John 4) or even the planet, but He is the restorer of ALL creation! Bless His holy name!”
The post office Aaron Shust “Savior Of The World” Lyric Video first appeared on TCB.
